Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges only — no refunds.

Exchange Guidelines:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  
  
• Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us first to initiate a return - We will provide a return shipping label.
  
  
• Return shipping cost will be approximately USD$ 30.- 
• Once the original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange for your chosen replacement item.
• If the new item has a price difference, we will either refund the balance or issue an invoice for the remaining amount.
